Yes, the weather can certainly affect your bouncy castle hire, especially if it's an outdoor event. Wind speed is a crucial factor to consider for outdoor setups. We always prioritize safety and will assess the weather conditions before setting up the castle, unfortunately in some cases the weather can prevent an event from going ahead. In this instance you can select the next available date that is suitable.

What additional party accessories or services do you offer apart from bouncy castle hire?

In addition to bouncy castle hire, we also offer a full party experience. With themed parties from princess to slime parties. We also offer a soft play experience and you can add extras such as glitter tattoos and gift bags to your special day.

Yes, customers often have questions about the suitability of bouncy castle setups for specific event locations and weather conditions. For outdoor events, we always consider the weather and for indoor setups, there must be sufficient space to safely inflate the castle.

How do you ensure safety first with bouncy castle?

All our castles are PIPA tested and come with an expert member of staff to set up and inflate the castle. We will also provide a risk assesment bespoke to your venue and include clear guidelines on usage. Alongside this Kemnay Kastles has public liabilites insurance cover.

Is a deposit required?

Yes, once you have agreed your bespoke package you will receive an invoice detailing the total amount along with the deposit required to secure your booking date. This deposit is payable within 7 days upon receipt of invoice.

payment must then be made in full, the day before your event in order for it to go ahead. late payment of any invoice will incur late payment charges

you have 5days to pay your invoice from the date of your event. Each day late after this will incur a late payment fee of £15

Weather Policy

If your event can not go ahead due to heavy rain and/or high winds;

you will be offered the next available date at no additional cost

if unsuitable an available date can be selected of your choice

please note full payment is required the day before your event and can not be refunded due to weather. Alternative dates can be arranged
